Introducing the RankPic Leaderboard

All your photos, ranked from best to worst

Hey — We're back with something I've been working on for months. If you've been using RankPic to test different photos (dating pics, professional headshots, social media posts),

You've probably run into the problem of keeping track of all your results.

We've had users (myself included) test hundreds of photos through the app, each time in tests of up to 6 photos, meaning users had to track a lot of photos to remember which was their best one.

Well, throw away the pen & paper, top category albums and spreadsheets because I am excited to present our latest feature for RankPic App, The Photo Leaderboard! This much requested feature finally lets you compare photos from different tests to find the best ones out of all your tests in the same category.

How does the RankPic Leaderboard work?

The leaderboard automatically combines all your dating tests (or any category) and ranks your photos from best to worst. No more manually comparing results across multiple tests.

Plus, RankPic Pro users get unlimited tests — which makes the leaderboard even more powerful. Run as many tests as you want, and the leaderboard keeps your rankings updated automatically.

The leaderboard follows four simple rules:

• Same category

  • Only tests in the same category get combined (dating with dating, professional with professional, custom category with the same custom category)

• Shared photos

  • Tests only merge if they have at least one photo in common (this ensures we're comparing apples to apples)

• Existing tests only 

  • We value privacy very highly & when you delete a test we delete all your data. Unfortunately that means we can't show the results in the leaderboard unless you keep them around (remember, RankPic Pro users get unlimited tests)

• Complete tests only 

  • We only include tests with 20+ rankings, so you get reliable data
    

How to use the leaderboard? (hint: it's automatic)

The best part? You don't have to do anything new. If you've already run tests on RankPic, your leaderboard is probably already populated.

Steps to use the leaderboard:

1. Open the RankPic app & login

2. Tap the "Leaderboard" tab

3. See your photos ranked from best to worst within each category

Some things to look out for:

• No complete tests - you need your tests to get 20 rankings to be added to the leaderboard

• Create a test to get started - you need to create a test first!

• Multiple tests in a single leaderboard - That means your tests in the same category are missing an overlapping photo, and so have no basis of comparison!
